Is This the Future of Textbooks?

Coursesmart, a joint venture of five college textbook publishers, has produced this nifty video showcasing the potential of e-textbooks in conjunction with tablet PCs. We’ve talked for some time about the feasibility of electronic texts and which e-textbook service can provide the best service, but seeing a real-life, vividly portrayed application of the technology like this really brings the concept into reality. Can you see yourself studying like this (minus the stiff, disembodied hand)?
